London Instameet

On Sunday afternoon, I had the pleasure of joining Susannah, Xanthe and a group fellow photographers on a photo walk around London.  It was so fun to explore a little corner of London that I’d never even known existed, Barbican.  It’s full of interesting architecture and as a group we couldn’t help but drool over all the leading lines and reflections.  The photo opportunities were endless.

I most enjoyed meeting and walking around with like-minded souls.  Kindred spirits who were also stopping every few feet to snap photos and compose shots.  People who share a passion for documenting this life and who totally get the feet shots.

Can’t wait for the next one!

Fowey, Cornwall
Travels

10 on 10

For someone who hardly travelled at all over the past two years, I’ve done a lot of catching up the past month, taking three trips to the English coast since the last weekend in June.  And I don’t know why everyone complains about the dodgy weather at the English seaside (actually I do), because Mother Nature was looking out for me and served up the most amazing month of warm sunny weather.

And so in trying to find 10 photos for this month’s 10 on 10, I really couldn’t do anything other than share some more of my travels.  I’d previously mentioned some of the details of my weekend in Fowey, but I’d only shared one measly picture.  So here are a few more scenes from the trip.
